- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide our clients with a 100% hassle-free quote upon request. Our pricing is very competitive and caters to the needs and wants of the client. Some services require a nonrefundable deposit of up to $100 depending on the level of the request. If hired, we apply the amount towards your reservation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will introduce ourselves and find out exactly what the client wants. After the initial consultation, we will request more information via e-mail or telephone to get to know the customer more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an IATA/IATAN accredited agency since 2020. Addtionally, we are BBB-Accredited and TRUE Accredited. We also have CLIA accreditation. We participate in trainings from many vendors such as Sandals, Carnival, Club Med, and more.
