The food industry offers many opportunities. I was drawn to the creative side which is to create through the power of cooking. It made people relax and enjoy the experience with comfort and joy.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I had the pleasure of preparing an early dinner for a senior couple's 66th wedding anniversary. It was a dinner for twenty people and held in their daughter's home. It was a healthy and tasty meal prepared with garlic chicken in lemon-sauce and stuffed with herbal rice and asparagus. That was just for starters. I was quite pleased and the evening ended with cheese cake smothered in fresh plump strawberries and much more....yum yum!!!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I happen to be well seasoned in the hospitality spotlight. For several years I was employed by American Express Travel and Leisure Services. I worked as an event planner, Travel consultant, and meeting conference planner. This included a eye for detail and meal planning as well. I had opportunity to work as a Catering Sales Manager and became fascinated with combinations that made people smile and return over and over again to eat.
