Mallory has a real passion for delivering the perfectly delicious food experience. She is friendly, dedicated, creative and accomodating - making sure to take our guests' food allergies and dietary restrictions in mind. She catered two meals for performers and crew at our local symphony. One performer said that "it felt like a home cooked meal, but with the execution and taste of a seasoned professional." Another said that Mallory’s catering was "absolutely clutch" and she "knocked dinner out of the park both times and set a high bar for the remainder of the experience." Another commented "having beautifully prepared food, such as Mallory provided for us, made everything a little easier, made us feel at home and therefore helped our concert turn out to be a great success."
