- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price packages include washing your gutters, roof, walkways, driveways, patios, windows and porches for a top to bottom clean of your property
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give them a quote based on the square footage of their home and once we have them booked a text is sent out 24 hours before the job to confirm the booking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I just graduated the College of Charleston with a degree in Business Administration concentrated in entrepreneurship and I saw that people in the Charleston area were getting charged more than they should for Pressure Washes on just the siding of their homes. With our package deal we add in all aspects of your home for a price only based on square footage. We do not charge add on prices for windows, roof, gutters, porches, patios, driveways and walkways
