Introduction: RCB Roofing originated in Atlanta in 1998. Through years of dedicated service we have been able to expand to other markets throughout the country and are continuing to grow. Since 2004 we have worked closely with Lowes Home Improvement as an independent service provider. In 2020 & 2021 Lowes named RCB Roofing the national roof installer of the year. In 2021 RCB Roofing earned a contract with Lowes to install all the roofs sold through Lowes in the Charleston district. We take pride in our clean up, friendly customer service, and installing a quality roof that will last. We always use quality products and follow all codes and guidelines to ensure you get all manufacturer warranties, as well as a 10 year warranty through RCB Roofing. We are committed to our customers and can ensure you will be satisfied with the roof we install over your head. I used RCB Roofing to replace my roof several months ago. This is what I noticed sequentially: - Chris went up on my roof, when promised, to inspect and to prepare a quote. - He knew his business and explained his quote, in detail. - He agreed to re-install the existing gutters, instead of replacing them. - His quote was over 20% less than the other quote. (I contacted five roofers, but only three showed up and only two quoted.) - He was at my house for virtually, or literally, the entire time of the installation, making sure every step in the process was performed properly. - After the crew left, he combed the site making sure everything was cleaned up perfectly. - The job looks perfect, on time, and as promised. Note: The job looked very easy, but with a 120 year old house and replacing all of the plywood, and some of the support structure, it was less than perfectly strait forward. (And I wasn't charged extra for some of the additional support work that was needed.) There was no part of the process that was handled less than professionally and perfectly. I would not hesitate to use, or to recommend to a friend, RCB Roofing and Chris again.

We purchased our first house two years ago and knew we'd have to get a roof sooner than later. We got a few quotes from a couple roofing companies but chose RCB in the end. Not disappointed with our decision. They did a great job start to finish, we are very happy customers!

I used these guys out in Atlanta for my roof replacement and loved everything about them. I was very impressed by how well they managed my project. My mother lives in Summerville down near Charleston SC and had a leak in her bathroom. I found out they worked in that area as well and had them help my mother out. It was just a repair but she said they did a great job at an affordable price.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All permits, labor, and materials are included in the initial quote. The pricing will not change unless unforeseen issues occur that are beyond our control.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A specialist will visit your home and do a free inspection of your roof. They will then provide you with a quote for your project and answer any questions you may have. After that you chose the shingle color and let us take care of the rest. We try to make the process as hassle free as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are GAF certified and have been independent installers for Lowes Home Improvement since 2004.
