Ray was extremely helpful to me and my grandkids. We had a clogged drain that backed up our tub for days. He was very responsive, honest, respectful, informative and professional. I was told what my issues were, how to take preventative measures and what problems I may run into in the future. The job was done efficiently, properly and I wasn't left feeling like I had such an extreme issue that I would need to take out a loan to repair it. What a great service! My toilet was not working due to a blockage. I messaged Ray and he replied immediately and was on his way within the hour. He resolved the issue right away. This was all on the fourth of July! He even helped fix the water pressure in the house. I would recommend anyone and use him in the future for any plumbing issues in the house.
