The problem I was having is apparently fairly common with Bosch dishwashers because they do not have a heating element to dry the dishes. I believe the Pro did everything he could to fix the problem. It is essentially a design issue. The Pro issued a full refund and I am satisfied with this resolution.

So thankful for Mohammed and his help today. He came in and got right to work. He explained everything to us very clearly. Even though our appliance was beyond repair - we appreciate so much that he was completely honest with us and didn’t waste time or money trying something that wouldn’t be a lasting solution.
