Ceasar is the best. This young man is respectable and very professional. We were having major problems with our desktop. Ceasar cleaned it up and it was working great. But it started acting funny again and Ceasar was not pleased until he found out what was going on. I don't know all the technical terms, but there was something loose insided the hard drive and once that was taken care of, we had not had any more problems. Ceasar called to make sure everything was working well and that we were completely satisfied. He even took the time to teach me ways to keep the computer running well, what to look out for and what not to do. I will recommend Ceasar to anyone. As a matter of fact, I did send him a referral and our friends were very satisfied. They were not very savvy with the computer, and Ceasar would take the time to show them how to navigate and what should be done. We are truly pleased with Ceasar's services.
