Mr. Riles and his company and supervisor, Mr. Curtis Lowery, took my deposit money in February 2012 and made a number of claims about what they could and would do. They never contacted me about starting the work or provided a written proposal of the exact nature of the repairs and the costs as I asked. Mr. Riles calimked that he was going to set up a meeting with me later and I never heard from him. In early July 2012, I spoke with Mr. Curtis Lowery, supervisor about the matter, and he told me that he would return my deposit or apply the deposit against the cost of the work. He gave me an intial quote on the phone and I asked him to put the quote in writing. The next time I talked to him, the intial quote was increased by $1000.00. I asked again for a written quote and proposal that I have not yet received. In early October, I requested my deposit back and was promised it on a certain date. I called about coming to pick it up and was told that he just invoiced his accountant and my money would be returned the following week; that was two weeks ago. I am a senior citizen and feel that I have been taken advantage of. I would not recommend this company and these two company representatives to anyone. .

Great customer service and beautiful craftsmanship! I usually don't comment online, but these guys impressed my wife and I. I'd recommend South Pointe to any home owner in the area.
