FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What customers should know about my pricing is that I try my best to not only be fair, but to also work with you if my initial quote is out of your price range. I try to add a discount or arrange a payment plan that works out for everyone involved. The most important thing is that we put family first and that’s everyone from our staff to our customers. Currently I take cash, check and Apple Pay, but I’m expanding to meet the needs of all my moving families.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer would be to first communicate with them, preferably by phone or in person, to see what needs to be done and receive all the details that entail with the work. At this time I like to introduce myself and speak to the client(s) and give them comfort that they chose the right company for the job. Next, after I get the details, which would either be a in depth description, pictures or a in-person view of the work, I would then give them a quote. From there we schedule out the best day to complete the job and at that time I would handle any questions, comments or concerns. I’ve learned that pretty much every family/person is different, so I make adjustments to best accommodate that family/person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been doing this as long as I can remember, ever since around six. If I can’t help you I know somebody who can.
