Introduction: VMD Productions and Publishing specializes in performing arts development. In addition to being an award winning composer, Stella Black, owner, is an award winning performing artist. Stella is a long standing member of professional association, The National Association of Singing Teachers of America, National Association for Music Education, a published voting member of The Recording Academy, ASCAP, SAG/Aftra, WWISA, and Early in her career, Stella won the NATS Regional Vocal Awards for five consecutive years, in addition to the Metropolitan Opera Auditions, and the Southeastern Opera Auditions, to name a few. Under full scholarship, Ms. Black earned a Masters Degree in Vocal Performance with emphasis in Performance, and Composition. She continued post graduate studies at Oberlin Conservatory of Music in private studies as well as Vocal Pedagogy, and computerized analysis of human voice production. Stella won international audition to attend the prestigious American Institute of Musical Studies (AIMS) in Graz, Austria where she was a Feature Performer for the Concert Series of the Austrian Summer Festivals. Stella Black's current catalog consists of classical, adult alternative rock, new age, healing, country, latino, broadway, light jazz, and Christian rock.
