Introduction: Greetings! I have had a passion for food my entire life with inspiration from my Nana and Mom that led me to become a Chef. I am a proud graduate of Johnson and Wales Charlotte and along with that I bring 11 years of culinary experience. I specialize in Plant based cooking with international flavors. I will infuse my style of cooking into your preferences. I love to be creative with ingredients and deliver five star service from beginning to end.

Our Chef created a beautiful date night atmosphere inside our home that made it a night to remember for us ! The meals tasted great and it was money well spent ! We look forward to our next date night inside our home with a different theme for our Chef to create another delicious meal for us to enjoy ! I highly recommend her she's talented and professional !

Chef Amanda’s food was amazing. Her entrees were very tasty and creative. I was visiting from out of town and the brunch she prepared for us was the perfect ending to a great girl’s weekend. You will not be disappointed if you hire her for your special occasion.

Wow, what an awesome experience! The food as well as its’ presentation were breathtaking! The snickerdoodle toast and homemade preservatives are without question the Best I’ve ever tasted! Book Chef Amanda ; you’ll definitely be beyond satisfied…

Outstanding!!!! Well deserving of 5 stars and so much more! If you looking for the best home chef, look no farther…Chef Amanda’s food dishes are superb!!! She have so much flavor in each dish and such unique ingredients. I have her info as Top Chef in my iPhone contact and definitely hire her for my future events. She’s punctual, professional, friendly, and definitely know her way around a kitchen. My brunch setup was so beautiful and was speechless when I saw what she accomplished in 3 hours. My guest was so impressed with her service and the taste of the food was so so so delicious!!! And she cleaned my kitchen after our brunch…spotless! Thank you Chef Amanda!

STOP YOUR SEARCH NOW!! If you are looking for a company that embodies everything luxury and professional when it comes to private dining and catering, this is the team for you! Hands down they are the best in the industry. Punctuality and responsiveness are two factors I pay attention to when reaching out to any type of vendor for my events. Food and photography are usually the most important, so I have to ensure that whoever I choose for food is on-time and has a high level of customer service, with quick response rates.
I've have been a client of Entice Me for 10+ years. They host our private couple's date nights. Not one time have I ever had to worry about receiving quality service, fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation, the list goes on. Sometimes I can be indecisive about what type of menu I want; here comes Chef Amanda to the rescue every time! She carefully curates the most amazing menus with only a little information. I could say I want vegan Caribbean and the next day we have a full 7 course menu to choose from. I've never really seen a company go above and beyond like that before. I always have to choose from some pre-set menu of things I don't care for. I love the fact that they don't use pre-packaged food and just put on a plate, everything is made fresh and custom to your needs and preferences, taking account for all dietary restrictions, allergies etc. That's a plus!
Overall, I don't think you have enough space for me to continue going on about the excellence of this team. If you are on the fence about this team, don't be! You will not regret your decision. They are truly special and have a passion for what they do. The passion shows in every dish. They will be your go-to dining team TRUST ME!!
