I am very frustrated with this whole process. The company said the job is too much to even give me a quote. A complete waste of my time waking me up at 8 :20 in the morning just to say they are not even going to try and give a quote. I feel like if I was t a black female trying to get this done it would not have been a problem. If a corporate company calls them they will get all of their resources together to get the job done. I am a small black owned business owner just trying to get my business open and they refused to even quote me a price. I would never call them again for anything! The guy Dalton was nice about saying “my boss isn’t even going to mess with it”, so no complaints towards him it’s the process in how they handled it that has me pissed off.

1-800 plumber came out and addressed what I thought was a pipe leak and paid several hundred dollars to have the seals redone in my tub as that was what I was told the problem was. Well it seems that was in fact not the case and now the leak has caused additional damage. I am in the process of moving homes so had not been back to see the additional damage until now and have not even used the bathroom since the work was completed. So while they were prompt and respectful they misdiagnosed the issue which is costing me quite a bit of money in damages and addressing the actual issue.
