Introduction: Congratulations on starting your journey with a personal trainer in mind! Call me Toni! I'm a disabled Navy Veteran that has learned fitness is the best form of rehabilitation for the mind and body. As an AAA/ISMA certified trainer, I've been working with men and women since 2020, aiding in individual fitness journeys and reaching goals. As a personal trainer, I would describe myself as personable, flexible and dedicated to my clients. You will laugh, you will sweat, you will be awesome. I've mainly worked with ages 18+, but also enjoy showing kids the benefits and fun of exercise too. I mainly specialize in conventional strength training, HIIT, HIT (high intensity training) and fat loss through lifting. I love individual training, but very much enjoy group/circuit training and youth fitness as well. I am not experienced in CrossFit at all. Prices are discounted by frequency per week. 2x/wk is priced at $40 per session, 3x/wk is $35, and 4x/wk is $30 Questions?? Just ask.

100% recommend! Toni was extremely knowledgeable and educational every step of the way. I had a lot of gym anxiety previously, but learning proper form and what muscles I was working, helped a lot to not feel so lost and nervous! I am lifting heavier than I ever have and that was one of my goals (muscle building & weight loss). I felt comfortable and supported throughout the process. Thank you!!

Ms. Purcell is phenomenal! She knows exactly how to teach and conform to everyone’s needs. She is such a bundle of joy to be around and is willing to meet you at your level. She focused on my needs and what I was looking to gain from our sessions and sat me down to discuss how we can work towards my goals. I’ve already seen so much progress from working with her and I’m excited to continue. Hands down the best trainer I’ve ever had.

Each time I meet with ms. Toni I feel motivated and ready to work. Because it’s never a boring work out with her, she’s very funny and easy going but also push you out your comfort zone to make improvements every week.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1. Let's sit down and talk about your goals and see if we're a good fit. 2. I'll take measurements, recommend a calorie calculator, and schedule our first meeting. 3. After about a month, it's time to re-measure and reassess how close we are to the goals set. This will happen every 4 weeks. 4. Throughout this process, you'll laugh, sweat, and find strength you've always had.
