- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started with Comcast cable as a level 3 technician in 2001 receiving broadband installation and troubleshooting training. recieved in 2010 training in home services of installation of customer electronics.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a various different people. From pleaseent to difficult but allways remained professional and given them all the same quality professional services.
