- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a very simple pricing structure. We charge per hour and have a minimum of 90 minutes. Time for the local job start once we arrive at pick up location. For long distance moves we set a flat fee based on distance and start our hourly rate once we are at pick up location.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Local and long distance moves. We also do home deliveries for large furntuire and appliance manufacturers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure your mover comes to your location if possible so you can meet them and make sure they understand your needs.
