A former elite/professional level triathlete excited to help you navigate your fitness journey. I've coached both youth and adults towards their athletic pursuits with great success. I have extensive experience working around any injury issues, providing alternative exercises to avoid causing any further issues. Beyond that, I likely can help you strengthen the areas that may have contributed to the injury in the first place. I can't wait to start working with you towards your goals! In addition to training, I also provide handyman services. I've gained the skills to handle many of your basic handyman needs by working on my own homes over the years. Renovations are fun for me, and seeing the dramatic transformations that can happen with just a few upgrades gets me excited. Let me tackle your next home project for you!
