Introduction: As a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I had the opportunity to work in clinical settings helping patients improve their physical shape and their overall health status through a sensitive coaching approach, providing them with the right information when it comes to exercise and nutrition; some of these includes diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hypertension and obesity. I have worked with the geriatric population and done post-rehabilitation exercise training for over 5 years. My experience also goes to improving body composition, in fact, most of my clients come to me for this particular reason. They want to lose unwanted body fat and toned their bodies so they can feel good and have lots of energy and better overall performance. In a nutshell, I’ve worked with different populations, from the elderly to the most athletic population. I love to make a difference in people's lives not just physically but also to help them achieve a better overall health.

After trying to lose weight for years, I’ve never succeeded. I have literally tried everything that is available out there, from ketogenic diets to CrossFit and nothing worked. I always ended up more frustrated and feeling trapped in a fat body. I had given up on anything related to fitness and I just didn’t want to hear it anymore. Everything changed after I went to a business meeting at work and noticed one of my colleagues was losing so much weight, so the normal thing to do was to ask her what the heck she was doing. She told me to call Victor Ranilla and gave me his number. She didn’t say anything else (we were on a meeting). After I arrived home from work I decided to call this trainer Victor. Let me remind you I was so fed up with anything related to fitness, but for some reason, after I checked him out online, I decided to give it a try, one last time. I’m very glad I did! Victor is an excellent Coach, he had an answer for any question I asked him and his easy going personality puts you at ease, he makes you feel like he knows you for years, even though he just met you. One thing about Victor is that he was very honest when it came time to setting up my goals, and told me that it won’t be overnight, but that he would guarantee me results if I stick to his guidelines, so I did. After almost 8 months now, I can proudly say that I like what I see in the mirror. I can finally chase my son and be able to catch him without running out of breath or my legs giving up on me. This guy really changed my life, and I’m grateful for it. Victor, you rock man! I hope this review helps more people in choosing the right trainer.

Victor is the best personal trainer in the whole Upstate. The amount of knowledge he has on nutrition and fitness is AMAZING. He’s honest, professional, respectful and very passionate in what he does. He designed nutrition and fitness plans to fit ME, and help me get to my goal. He is preeminent and I highly recommend him if you want healthy results!
