FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started offering in-home computer repair while I was in college pursing my degree. It offered me a great way to enhance my skill set, and build a business that directly applied to my studies. Being self employed though college was great in that my schedule was flexible and allowed me concentrate fully on school as well as have a great job that kept my interest and help me build knoweldge and experience.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I provide computer consulting and repair services. More often than not this includes assistance with wireless networking or virus removal. In previous years when Windows XP was more prevalent, I performed a good many format - reload procedures to install a clean copy of XP after a bad virus infection. Luckily, Windows Vista/7 are more resilient to viruses than XP ever was. I also do a good amount of Hard drive replacements, and laptop service such as LCD or motherboard replacements. Give me a call, and I can get your PC's running great again.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When you hire a computer technician for your home, you want to be sure they are trustworthy and competent. I have over three years experience offering in-home computer repair services and a large number of references and referrals to back up my in-depth skill with laptop and desktop repair and my honest and forthright approach to customer service.
