Mod Squad was excellent!! They went above and beyond everything I asked with blowing debris off the roof, power washing and was gentle in cleaning in that they didnt wash away my new pea gravel that had been placed directly up to the concrete and even did my outdoor rug! Great price and excellent work. I hope to use them regularly for my property. Thanks!

They did a super job of washing all the mold off the house. Not one spot left after they finished. They took care to ensure that none of the cleaner got onto the neighbor's property too. We highly recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices listed are the max prices without coming to the house and giving an accurate price. It is always easier for us to come give an accurate estimate after seeing the property.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Come look at the property and discuss the details of the job.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first worked in my families business and decided to open my own and add more services such as window cleaning.
