Whether you are a stay-at-home Mother, recreational athlete or post physical therapy yogi, my integrative and holistic coaching can help you build a sustainable and long term approach towards well-being while achieving your short term goals whether that is to gain muscle, loose weight,rid yourself of chronic pain, create a healthy relationship with food, improve personal/professional relationships, or improve sleep and energy levels.
I offer strictly online and in-person coaching,a s well as a hybrid model between the both. Whichever you chose, I will meet you expectations of service quality, response time, and efficiency to help you achieve your goals.
I would like to stress that each program I create personalized and structured specifically to the individual's needs and current lifestyle, skill set, diet, and exercise equipment availability. Your exercise/lifestyle/nutrition program will be as unique as you are.
For my online clients - I typically interact through video calls in 30 or 60 minute calls scheduled at a regular frequency throughout the week/month.
I focus on nutrition, stress reduction and management, exercise, hydration, breathing patterns, posture and stretching, and mindset. I believe taking a holistic route towards optimizing the mind and body gives us the best short and long term results.
I start with an introduction and evaluation process that helps me discover what your goals are, the biggest challenges we'll face reaching them and how to construct a comprehensive and efficient game plan towards them. I promise to give you the most interactive navigation towards balance in the mind and body, guaranteeing you to build habits that will generate long term success.
With my in-person clients, I also use corrective corrective exercise, high-performance conditioning and lifestyle coaching to achieve total body health from the inside, out.
This process begins with a highly detailed and comprehensive evaluation of your goals, musculo-skeletal system, overall bodily stress, and foundational health factors.
This includes but is not limited to the following:
- Interview to determine Goal, Expectations, and Priorities
- Questionnaires about Lifestyle, Nutrition, Overall Health, and Past/Present Medical and Activity History
- Static Postural Assessment
- Muscle Length/Tension Assessment

After, I create a truly individualized program matched exactly to your goals, time, equipment availability, and skill level to grantee you progress towards your goals and optimizing your Mind & Body.
