Convenient nutrition counseling by a registered dietitian nutritionist either in person or via phone conferencing/video conferencing sessions. Registered Dietitians (also called Registered Dietitian Nutritionists) are health care professionals who have university and clinical experience qualifications set by professional legislations. Dietitians can translate nutrition science into everyday knowledge about food. They also have special skills in translating medical decisions related to food and health to inform the general public. Dietitians can work in both the hospital and community settings. ​A nutritionist oftentimes is used as a non-accredited title by someone who does not meet the qualifications to be a dietitian. The term Nutritionist is not protected by law so people with different levels of knowledge can call themselves a “Nutritionist”. I enjoy working one-on-one with people to achieve realistic health goals.

Cheyenne has been a great help when it comes to our nutrition and support. We went to her with a set goal "to optimize our diets for performance results". There were errors in relation to the way I was eating. Cheyenne was quick to educate me and boy the results have been good. We cannot wait for our final checkup with her to see how we can proceed.

Cheyenne provided me with nutritional counseling, specifically as related to half-marathon training. Although I have worked with a number of nutritionists in the past and was starting with a solid but basic understanding of nutritional science, my hour with Cheyenne was mind-opening. She really listened to my questions and concerns and addressed them clearly both during our meeting and in a very helpful email follow-up, which included detailed notes from our session. I came away with usable advice and specific advice about a goal weight, target protein/carbohydrate intake, and more. I heartily recommend Cheyenne for nutritional counseling and look forward to meeting with her again in the future.
