Chef Juan popped into our office to bring us lunch and let us just tell you! It was amazing!!! Even after traveling to us the food was still hot, tasty and such a great take on a southern classic Shrimp and Grits! Super professional, kind and very knowledgeable! The food is phenomenal. We are happy to add Plates and Thyme to our tried and true catering options for our guests!

Chef Juan was absolutely incredible and truly made my sisters bachelorette weekend so special. From the very beginning, he was amazing to work with helping us thoughtfully design the perfect menu and making the entire experience seamless and stress-free.The dinner itself exceeded every expectation. Every dish was outstanding, but the shrimp & grits, fried chicken, and mac & cheese were especially unforgettable. Our group could not stop talking about how amazing everything tasted.What impressed us even more was Chef Juans professionalism and care throughout the night. He cleared our plates throughout dinner, packed up all of the leftovers for us to enjoy the rest of the weekend, and even stayed for another two hours afterward cleaning all of the cookware and dishes used. It allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the evening together without worrying about a thing.I truly cannot say enough good things about the experience. Chef Juan went above and beyond in every way and created such a memorable evening for our group. If you are considering booking him do it. Highly, highly recommend!

Juan catered my New Years party for 18. His dishes are delicious. He is very professional, and presented everything beautifully. And to top it off, he did an awesome job of packing leftovers and cleaning up. My guests raved about him! Im hiring Juan again soon!
