- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As for the price for personal training, we have many different packages that range based on two options. These options are paid in full a 5 session pack to 100 session pack and then monthly commitments of 3,6, and 12 months. Depending on the package, the prices range from $70-$65 for an hour and $50-$45 for a half hour. The more you commitment, the lower the price can get. We can discuss all the options and payment plans when we schedule your 60-minute movement screening (at no cost to you).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step one is identifying your goals. From body respect to athletic performance, I have experience crafting custom programming and managing personal training clients. Our clients stick with us for life- why? Because they see results. Want to drop 10lbs? No problem; we can help you achieve that, and then we’ll help you to identify your next goal and adjust your program accordingly. Shredded 6-pack? PR your Bench 1MR?You’ve got it. You are unique, and your programming should be, too. Your next step would be to schedule your 60-minute private session, I will evaluate your mobility & athleticism in order to become more familiar with your body’s needs. We also utilize this time to discuss your goals, Personal Training packages and find the options that work best for you. There is no obligation to join and the Movement Screening is at no-cost to you. I genuinely appreciate the opportunity to work with your body and make suggestions to help you achieve your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer and a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer. I have over 4 years of experience working with a diverse clientele and absolutely love what I do and helping you reach your goals.
