Lightening had struck my computer and, needless to say, it was dead. I found Mr. Computer through a Craigslist ad and called immediately! Frank answered the phone and put me right at ease. I explained my situation to him and he quickly let me know he had several CPU's in stock, priced reasonable, ready to go out the door. Within an hour, I walked in his door. Never did I expect the level of customer service, compassion and caring I received while in Mr. Computer. Both Frank and his partner were AMAZINGLY kind and helped me within just a few minutes. Before I knew it, I was back on my way home to connect my new CPU to my peripherals so I could return to my home-based business. I would recommend Mr. Computer to EVERYONE and ANYONE who is looking for the best service, the best product, and the very best all round experience.
