- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally like to come out and look at the job and base my pricing upon the length of time I think it will take. Sometimes I will have the customer send me pictures and I can usually judge from Photos. If it’s a more complex project I will definitely need to come to the customers house to look at it at no charge of course.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to treat every customer the same whether they are new or a repeat customer. That is what has gained me the “TOP PRO” status on this site. I treat everyone as if they were my own family. Hence my five star rating over the last three years consistently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many many years of contracting work. Started out at a very early age with my grandfather learning the tricks of the trade and progressed into working for construction companies, landscapers and other handyman companies throughout my youth. I was kind of born with a knack for working with my hands.
