- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That my prices are reasonable. We offer military & senior discounts. We also have a loyalty discount cards that we offer to our existing clients. For example: after 5 cleanings get $30 off the next clean. We also offer our existing clients around every New Year’s a free cleaning service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with clients, quotes should be done with an estimate., if needed.. Estimates are free and usually about 15 min . Can give a price range through the information the client is providing & by the square footage of property. Other factors go into pricing a commercial or residential cleaning job. How long has it been since house was professionally cleaned? (not surfaced cleaned), Does client have pets, or children? What type of cleaning is it? Basic, deep, or move in/out cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience in Customer service and account maintenance, and years of experience in operating and management in business. Years of experience all phases of cleaning.
