The woman answering the call was very polite, empathetic, and kind. Due to high demand I was given a floating appointment from 8 AM to 8 PM and thankful for it!At 9:42 AM fellow Army veteran Robert Olivieri arrived to save the day. Robert was courteous, professional, and thoroughdiagnosing the damper motor failed possibly due to ductwork installation slightly restricting/rubbing the motors moving parts. He explained everything in a way I could understand and fix the problem. The house is cooling and youve made a customer for lifeof course I highly recommend you!"See more

Explained to me where and why my dryer vent was blocked and worked tirelessly to get it cleaned out. He also went above and beyond his scope of work to cut down and reinstall the new 4" vent the appliance delivery guys had initially placed on, which was way too big and bent at a weird angle."See more
