What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, a phone call to get to know the scope and purpose of the project is the first step for any client. Then, we can discuss the timeline, costs, and other details! Sometimes, a meeting at the project site (home, office) comes next , or we may meet at the grand designs office.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to my Master's Degree training for interior design, I have 5 years work experience in interior design and custom furnishings.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in Hotel operations with Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons Hotels but wanted to do something more creative. This allowed me to keep working with people , but also be creative!
