Attention to detail and customer service is my top priority. I’ve been an interior painter for 17 years, still love every minute of it. Which also means I cut in my walls meticulously with no blue tape! I am not just a painter. I can also repair/replace damaged drywall, pro caulking, and wall paper removal. Sometimes a room just needs a fresh coat of paint to brighten the whole house up.
I am professional, friendly, and always on time! There is no job too big or too small. I work mostly off of my customer referrals, and this app to meet my new customers. I will go above and beyond for my customers to provide and ensure quality and AFFORDABLE painting with results that will wow you!
Only serious inquiries is what allows me to provide free on-site estimates. I am usually hired which makes it worth it. On-site estimates not only gives me a chance to see the rooms but also gives us a chance to meet, for you to see my customer service skills first hand. We will also be able to go over the process, answer any questions you may have. Painting a room or whole house should not be stressful, I’ll take all that away. I honestly do enjoy my job so I’ll make it look easy. Let the fun begin!

Out of all the requests for estimates, Cassandra is the only one who offered to actually come out and give me an estimate for the work. I was immediately impressed with her friendliness and great attitude. Guess what! She got the job. Although it was a small paint job, she treated it as if it was a whole house. I only wish I had more for her to do. I'll be calling on her for sure when I need more painting done. I recommend her very highly.

It is difficult to set a cookie cutter price for interior painting when every house is different. However, we work hard to keep our prices low and competitive. That means no additional charges for moving furniture, and don’t forget the free smiles. H3 Properties has high standards and low prices. We take pride in our work and strive for happy customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New or returning customers both receive 110% of my best work and customer service.
New customers will receive a free on-site estimate to see exactly what they need/want done. Then I am able to get measurements and supplies list while we meet and greet. I will explain the process and answer any questions or concerns.
Returning customers receive a discount on their next project and more friendly smiles with exceptional end results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
H3 is licensed and insured. I worked alongside a professional painter for two years whose training taught clean yet efficient techniques. I have been painting, drywalling, and caulking for over 15 years now.
