- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I create custom quote's for every client based on their personal need and budget. Every home is different, as should every quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For any customer, I like to meet in person to get a better idea of whats needed for the job, and just to get in front of a person and cut out the digital middle man. After meeting, a custom quote is created and I will explain the upcoming process fully.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent many years under the guidance of leading general and specialty contractors in the area before branching out onto my own.
