- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first fitness session is $100. You will be working with the best female trainers in Myrtle Beach. Our coaches are not only certified professionals, but they also have bachelors and masters degrees in exercise science and athletic training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Book your first fitness session with the coach of your choosing. Learn more about our coaches and their backgrounds on our website. The first fitness session includes: ✅30 minutes upbeat workout/endurance & form assessment ✅Body fat measurements ✅Personal Full Circle Growth program (introduction). This is what separates us from other personal training services, we take a deeper approach, which includes periodized training program tailored specifically to you with nutrition and mindset coaching and recovery sessions embedded in the program. Here inches don’t come back! ✅Your coach will assess what mistakes you’ve made in the past that prevented you from achieving your goals in the past, and help you push past the plateau by overcoming self-destructive behavioral patterns. Please wear workout clothes, because we’ll make you sweat (and smile), and bring some water to stay hydrated.

We have a fabulous coach at StrongSelves: Amanda Matos (PT experience - 7 years) ✔️Nationally Certified Athletic Trainer ✔️Master's degree in Athletic Training ✔️An extensive background in sports medicine and physical therapy ✔️CPR certified
