Chef Frisco offers a wide variety of cuisine choices ranging from Creole, Geechee Gullah, and Soul Food, to the Caribbean, Cuban, and Puerto Rican. BBQ. He provide traditionally cooked meals or fused-creative meals such as our famous Blackenese Hibachi. Our services: 1. Catering drop-offs: We set up your buffet with ready-to-eat food, plates, and serving ware for Corporate, airbnb, or personal homes. 2. Meal prep weekly meals delivered. 3. Full service catering with servers, or bartenders. 4. Personal chef service for 2 or more. Private 3 to 4 course plated meal served by the chef. 5. Private restaurant venue for party's up to 50 people. Come and have a private dinning for 2 to 20 plated. 6. Whoo DAT Gourmet Hot Dog Cart: Our delicious hot dog cart offers a wide variety of gourmet meats and toppings. We serve kids parties, and small events. 7. Plated meals service. This comes 3 to 5 course meals range from$100 to $150 per head. We offer full-service catering including setting up of tables, chairs, linens, and all rentals, and service of plated meals. Lowcountry Creole catered my mother's 75th Birthday party and all of the guests raved about the food! Chanté was so attentive as a coordinator. During our initial conversation, she asked personal questions to get to know me and build a connection. Then she asked detailed questions to understand what kind of event we wished to have. Chanté gave suggestions on how to keep the event close to budget, while maintaining the integrity of the party. She helped my sister and I plan the event on short notice and from a long distance, as we were in NY. I chose to pick up the catering, so I got to meet Chef Frisco. He was very punctual and courteous (since I was delayed in picking up). Frisco instructed us on the best way to safely transport the food to the venue, as well as how to set up. He also saved the day, because we were supposed to have chafing dishes delivered and it fell through at the last minute. Chef Frisco had just enough disposable ones in his kitchen and graciously sent us with them. Our party would've had room temperature food without them. Our spread included turkey wings, chicken, red rice, green beans, mac & cheese and cornbread. Chef Frisco threw in this well seasoned gravy for our meats and it was really tasty. We had so much food left over that our guests got to take doggy bags home and they were more than happy to do so! If you have the opportunity to work with Lowcountry Creole Culinaire, do it! You will get amazing service and food at reasonable prices and you won't be disappointed.

I booked Chef Frisco for a black history month food showcase and he was excellent. Everyone that attended was very pleased with the food and the lecture he provided about the history of the food in the black community.

Food was made on site. Presence was discreet- truck could not be seen from venue. Menu- low country boil in chafing dishes, fried chicken was terrific. The mac-n-cheese was amazing- baked rather than a creamy mess. Green beans were fresh, not over cooked, bright green with just a little crunch left to them. Pineapple upside down biscuits ran out and my daughter wanted mine. As she was the bride, I had to hand it over. Only problem is he brought no utensils, plates, napkins (forgot). As he didn't have a helper, we went back and got them. It was fortunate we had some.

We had the event on May 12 to celebrate my daughter's graduation from CofC. It was super - well planned (thanks Chante), well executed, generous food supply (the food was continuously circulated and people went crazy for the crab cakes and curry chicken), excellent waitstaff and bartender, excellent cleanup. They also helped us donate the leftover food to a local food kitchen so nothing went to waste. The team was just terrific. I would use them again.
