A very accommodating and helpful company. Worked hard to try to get our roofing issues covered by our homeowners insurance and handled that themselves as I was not able to at the time. Just reading through their estimate and comparing to other companies’, you can tell that they do quality work. When we do replace our roof, we do intend to use Southline.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer financing through a trusted lender, in house discounts and payment plans, we work with several grants throughout the lowcountry and offer Credit Card payments (Come with 3.5% CC fee) , as well as ACH Payments (Free!) Checks and Cash also accepted.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call the office, our Admin Assistant, Emily, answers the phone and is happy to answer any of your questions for you. Once you provide your information, she will put you on our schedule during a time that works best for you for one of our field consultants to come out and give you a free estimate.
Once your field consultant assesses your roof, he will give you quotes on multiple packages we offer to better suit your needs.
If you decide to move forward with us, our Project Coordinator, Yobana, will reach out to you within 3-5 business days to get you on our schedule for your work to be done. She will keep you up to date with any changes due to the weather or permitting and give friendly reminders when your project is approaching.
Once the day comes of your project, our group of installers/repairmen will arrive on scene early in the morning and one of our our Field Supervisors- Jose, Gustavo, or Uziel will be on site during the whole process to answer any questions or solve any issues that may arise.
When the project is finished, your site supervisor will do a final walkthrough to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
