- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because we have so many products to offer, our price range depends on the product. However, our al a carte items do not exceed $400. Our packages range from $225 - $1045.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we encounter a new customer, we make sure we have all the information needed to provide product availability and an accurate quote. We also want to make sure the customer has everything they need to host a fantastic event!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, have a Bachelors in Mass Communications and a Master's Project Management. I have also gained about 10 years of professional experience in Marketing, Communications, and Event Planning.
