- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer in regards to skin care I speak with them about their current routine, if they've seen as esthetician in the past, and talk about what their skin goals are. After we choose their specific facial treatment I will give my further professional advice of what they/we need to do next. When working with a new customer for a make-up session, I like to have them send me photos and describe the desired 'look' they are wanting to achieve. I offer to do trial runs to ensure we have their make-up exactly as they please the day of their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Esthetician, and have had training in eyelash extensions.
