Express Sunrooms of York County did and excellent job of installing a screened porch on my patio. I am very happy with the final outcome of their work. Todd Ackerman is a true professional and he provided a superior level of customer service from the first time we spoke until the job was concluded. That same level of service is seen in his team who got the job done lead by Travis. The guys were on time, professional and did an awesome job. I would recommend them to anyone who asks!!

We had our paver patio converted to a screen porch with vinyl windows. This company did a super job from start to finish. Todd gave us a lot of suggestions that we incorporated in the construction. The project is complete and we are totally satisfied with the quality of the work. We highly recommend this company.

I can HIGHLY recommend this wonderful company. Owner Todd is the best. A year and a half after having my screened porch put up, I had a minor detail with the downspout that really was not his problem. I just didnt know who to call so I called Todd. He immediately took on the responsibility of fixing this even though he did not have to. That afternoon the job was done! It is amazing that so many companies would not have even called back, but not only did he call back...but he took care of it for me. And he didnt have to. This speaks volumes to me and should to anyone considering his company for sunrooms, screened porches, etc. The very best all around.

We met Todd Ackerman, owner of Express Sunrooms of Rock Hill at the Southern Homeshow. He was featuring the Solara which is a no maintenance aluminum pergola that has a roof that louvres. We loved the concept and asked if it could be screened and retrofitted for our deck. Todd came out to the house and sketched out our vision. We loved it. The deck was just finished this week and it took about a week to build . Throughout the process Todd and his team could not have exhibited better work ethic or better communication.The workmanship wastopnotch!! WE LOVE OUR NEW SOLARA!!We HIGHLY recommend Express Sunrooms of Rock Hill.
