Charlie, Daniel and Eddie were absolutely awesome and I am so thankful that I found out about your company! They arrived on time, were very polite and extremely professional. They moved my very heavy, antique upright piano for me. I had just had my hardwood floors refinished and they were very careful to not scratch my floors in the process. I will definitely be calling again! I also loved the fact that all three were veterans.

Everyone was super nice. Furniture was well protected and wrapped. Were aware and cautious of delicate/antique items. Brought more hemp as soon as it was available to get things done faster. Well prepared and on time. Only suggestion would be to invest in moving rugs. Will definitely use them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know every property isn’t the same and is cleaned on a what-is-needed basis, so we are extremely flexible and are willing to adjust the price based on your cleaning needs. In addition to cleaning, we provide moving services. As a labor-only moving company, instead of providing a moving truck, Guardian South provides you with a team of enthusiastic, hard-working, and trained movers. By eliminating costs associated with a traditional moving company, we are able to deliver an incredible experience at an unbeatable rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by sending a quote within 24 hours upon request. Once you receive our quote and review it, you will contact us or we will contact you if there is a phone number attached. We will then discuss details and plans for the cleaning or move. A nominal deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be credited towards the remaining balance. Our cleaning crew will provide all the supplies needed to successfully clean your home. After the job, we will collect payment and immediately provide you the receipt for your records.
