Nick Gillaspie gets my "5 Star Outstanding Rating!" On time (actually a few minutes early) and I appreciated him being willing to work on a Sunday afternoon. Nick did great work on numerous small repair jobs including changing out 2 light fixtures, a storm door handle set, screen door repair, fill valve replacement in toilet and concreted a new mailbox post and set mailbox. He works quickly and knows what he's doing. On top of that he's a very nice guy, very personable and his faith in God shines through. We hired Marco to help get a rental house we own ready to be sold, we were trying to get it on the market as soon as possible but it needed a lot of work. Since we are located in another state it was hard for us to know exactly what needed to be done, Marco went over to the house the day that I called him and took a ton of pictures to show us what condition the house was in and what needed to be done. He then gave us a very reasonable quote for the jobs we asked him to do, which included pressure washing the outside of the house, yard maintenance(front and back), fixing the garage door, replacing rotten floorboards, repainting doors, fixing weather stripping and vinyl siding on the house, repairing a broken window and much more. He was always very easy to get ahold of and kept in contact every step of the way. I even talked to his wife Maria when he was too busy to call himself. We were kind of pain in the butt customers, asking him to go back and do more after he did the initial jobs, but he always went back and finished them very quickly and for a very fair price. I absolutely recommend Marco, he was a pleasure to work with and made this whole process so much easier on us and less stressful.

Jim mounted a flat screen TV and installed a ceiling fan for me. His bid (price) on my tasks was extremely reasonable and he was prompt and through when responding to my questions via Thumbtack. Scheduling a date for the repairs was hassle-free. He arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He respected my space by using drop clothes; thereby eliminating a mess to clean up afterwards. Jim worked diligently, which enabled him to finish the project quickly and to my satisfaction. I was in a real pinch with needing to have my rental property repaired. The specific job was a large window in my town home. The original contractor went awal for 2 weeks and Kennard and his men picked up the window, scheduled quickly and sent pictures of the work as I am a out of town land lord it made me feel assured of the quality. The property passed the Section 8 inspection no problem with the other fixings he has done.
