Kelley was fantastic! She did several rooms and closets in my house over 2 days. She truly has a gift and really works to make her organization function for you. Kelley is by far the best person I have ever hired. She was so flexible with her times/ schedule and worked around my schedule (I have 2 littles) that it was completely stress free. I didn’t have to worry about changing my routine. She was on time every time she came to work. She never took a break and worked right through the day. She came prepared with all the tools and equipment needed. She was patient in listening to what I wanted and what I would like accomplished. She exceeded my expectations and I am blown away how amazing it turned out! She knows exactly what she is doing and I am beyond pleased with the results. Best money ever spent in having a clean tidy home! There was absolutely no way I could have done this myself and she helped make it become a reality. Please don’t even hesitate to hire her!! My pricing is highly competitive within the area I serve. I normally invoice by labor hours worked, but willing to quote by project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask for a call, at minimum, to review needs, set a timeline and expectations. I always welcome an onsite consultation if time permits for both parties.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an operations background. I take your vision/needs and execute to optimize function in your home. I also like to give suggestions if welcomed and I always take budget into consideration.
