Couldn’t be more pleased with AZA. The project isn’t finished but I can already at this point I’m going to be beyond thrilled with the build. He has done everything he’s said he would do. From showing up for the initial estimate, providing a highly detailed estimate, starting the project on schedule, staying on schedule and communicating everything with me and laying out the whole schedule. His attention to detail is better than I’ve ever seen. They show up early and work late. They cleaned up everything that was waste and left a pristine space once they finished framing and windows. I can’t wait for the finished product cause it’s going to be amazing. I can’t recommend Alex and AZA enough and will absolutely hire them again for any future needs.

I couldn't have found a better builder. I originally chose Alex because of his price point but he's went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure I understood everything going on with my build every step of the way. There was a couple things I didn't like about my build plans we'd purchased from a national company. Alex help us come up with solutions that we loved. He truly wants his customers to be happy and you can tell it. I've already recommended him to others and I'll keep recommending him to anyone looking for a builder for a complete build like mine or a small remodel. He is the best I've ever seen. I'll update photos every week

Having Alex recommended to me was the best thing that has happened to our home.... the work he and his team did was outstanding, and the suggestions he added were even more amazing. They went to great lengths to protect my flooring and furniture, and I believe they left everything cleaner than they found it. The job entailed repairing two walls that had water damage, and they are now perfect inside and out. I also had a few other cosmetic projects which came out better than I had hoped. (Here are pictures of one...I had an ugly piece of board in the pass-through over the kitchen sink...Alex picked the perfect piece of quartz to replace it and then added some of the same backsplash tile to the bottom to finish...). In the future, I will only call Alex to help me in my home remodeling or repairs.

Great exp throughout the entire project, alex did more than we discussed, and at a higher quality than expected, and completed it on time. Communication was easy and he was good about keeping me posted on what each week of progress was going to look like. Highly recommend!
