The other companies used doom and gloom and scare tactics to convince us we needed their company to do the work right away. Rick showed up and brought hope and a solid plan for tackling our issues. His company was professional, thorough, and completed their work at their quoted price. Rick took photos of all the issues in the crawlspace and then created detailed drawings of the crawlspace, noting and explaining each area of concern in a manner that was easy to understand. After the work was finished, he again photographed the crawlspace and gave us after photos and diagrams. Finally, he came out 3 months later and did a re-check to make sure everything was staying as it should. The re-check did NOT create an additional charge.
