- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$40/hr for 1 organizer $65/hr for 2 organizers Please note: We will travel, but we will charge for our time. We charge our hourly rate. For example, if you are in Charlotte we will charge $97.50 each way to travel 1.5 hrs for two organizers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to do a consultation with new customers. This allows us to see the space and find out more of the customers wants and desires. We can discuss a plan and then schedule a time to get started. Please note: We require a $40 deposit upon booking for a consultation. Once we come to your home or office, we will discuss the space and give an overview of what we will do to meet your needs. When we agree on a plan and date to start, we ask for 50% paid up front and the remainder after the project is complete. If you decide not to use us after the consult, we will reimburse you half of the deposit.
