HIGHLY recommend Chef Lance! Due to covid, a trip for my parents to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary was out of the question. My brothers and I came up with the idea to hire a private chef to cook them an amazing meal. Enter Chef Lance! He was incredibly responsive to all my emails with questions and his menu items sounded so amazing that some of the courses had more than one food item because I had a hard time deciding:) He arrived on time with his own kitchen tools and was ready to go! My parents raved about his food and how much fun they had with him all night. They were initially going to sit outside but after speaking with him for a few minutes, they decided to eat in the kitchen so they could chat with him! My mom is ready to have a party at her house and hire Chef Lance to cook! I can't thank Chef Lance enough for making their night so special. (Also, for anyone curious, Chef Lance wore a mask the entire evening and maintained his distance).

I wanted to do something different for my husband’s birthday so I went searching on the internet and found Lance. I’m glad I did chef was amazing! The food was awesome, great portions, and his professionalism was through the roof. We will definitely be booking again!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically meet with a new customer to find out what type of service they need. I go over any dietary and allergy restrictions . I also offer a taste testing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained with chefs throughout my military career and I also studied at the Courdon Bleu.
