Introduction: I have been a professional chef (certified ACF) and dietitian for 30 years! I do it all.
I am a private chef and personal chef available for small party catering (up to 50 people). I also teach culinary lessons (small groups), from basic culinary techniques to healthy cuisine, American regional cuisine, international cuisine, modified diets/allergy menu planning and preparation, in your home.
I offer tailored catering and cuisine in my Summerville school location, your home, or another venue. I have worked for congressmen, military general officers, athletes, friends, and prominent clients.

An outstanding experience. Jane catered an affair for us at my daughter's school. Not only was the food prepared exquisitely the presentation was just unbelievable. Our guest's raved about the experience. I just hope she is available in the fall for an encore presentation.

Chef Jane is an incredible individual with a wealth of knowledge in the areas of dietetics, nutrition and culinary skills. Classes with Chef are fantastic, fun, easy-going but loaded with information that's useful to both experienced cooks and novice food network enthusiasts.
