What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing fair as possible. We all know it cost more these days to live and pay our bills. If I don't charge properly I can not stay in business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make contact and get a a good understanding of the work required. I have experience in so many fields. I do not offer all of them here. Make sure to give me all the info you can so I can help you the best I can.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With the multiple businesses I have owned throughout my very busy life I had to wear many hats. I have learned so much about construction, home repair and woodworking, irrigation, landscape construction. Lawn and shrub installation. Most of that is way in the past and not applicable here. But just know I have seen a lot.
