Mike used the big duct cleaner thing and, put in a cool UV light, and even explained how everything works to kill the black mold and prevent it from coming back. He even showed me pictures of my ducts, and they were nasty. In only a couple of hours, I could breathe better, and stopped using my inhaler a day or two later. I swear even my cat stopped sneezing as much! I recommended him to all of my family members in the Charleston area, and he even sent a tech all the way to Savannah for my grandmother :) I’ll be getting serviced by FreshAir every time to be able to breathe like this always."See more

Only reason I can’t give a five star is that they ordered the wrong size unit and had to come back two days later with replacement unit to complete the work. Two more days with no AC. Otherwise the work was completed to satisfaction

I messaged them at 6am and had a response from the office by 7am — they got me on the schedule for same-day service. Emiliano Nunez was my technician, and he showed up right on time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. I have an older system, and he took the time to walk me through its current condition, pricing on parts and repairs, and current promos — all without being pushy in the slightest. One thing I really appreciated was the message the office sent before Emiliano arrived. It included a picture and a short bio so I knew who to expect — a really nice touch that made the whole experience feel more personal and trustworthy. Highly recommend Oceanview and Emiliano for fast, honest, and professional HVAC service.

My experience with Matt replacing my old HVAC has been great. He met with me to quote the job, explain my options, took pictures of how gross my old unit in the attic was. Once I decided to use Matt, he came back with a contractor that he needed to do additional electrical work, got my quote to me, and I accepted. Great price for the job. He always called when he was on his way, he and his crew showed up on time, got straight to work, all very nice guys. Once the job was complete they cleaned up, Matt stayed to make sur everything was working as it should, walked me through all that was done, went over the warranty and my additional options for extending it. Really a genuine person, knows what he is doing, and does it well!!
