FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
By hiring a designer, you save so much money by avoiding costly mistakes with finishes, hardware and incompatible colorway choices that are expensive to rectify and remediate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start out by having a quick chat regarding what it is the prospective client is looking for assistance with. When we go to the next phase, it includes a 2/hour visit on-site at your home where we do a deep dive on all our design objectives, talk colorways and specific feel we are going for. We make notes and then go back to the Studio where we put together a mood board (takes about an hour or so) that details the look and feel of the design we will bring together!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Fine Arts
