Our Valentine’s Day retreat in the mountains was made truly unforgettable by the exceptional service of our personal chef. Set in a cozy cabin in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, the experience was not only stunning by the location but also the exquisite culinary journey. From the very start, our chef demonstrated utmost professionalism. Traveling all the way from Charleston, she brought along a touch of elegance that transformed our retreat into a fine-dining experience. The presentation of the food was nothing short of artful, turning our dining area into a romantic setting that perfectly complemented the occasion. The highlight of our meal was the Filet Mignon, an absolute masterpiece. It was cooked to perfection, melting in our mouths and leaving us craving more with every bite. The salmon was delicious as well. Accompanying this was a delightful serving of crab cakes. Each bite was delicious and satisfyingly filling. Not to be left behind, the mac and cheese was a revelation in comfort food, balancing rich flavors with a gourmet touch. The delicious deserts compliments the meal as well. Every dish spoke of her culinary expertise and passion for cooking. What truly made the experience special was her warm hospitality. Gracious and attentive, she ensured that every aspect of our meal exceeded expectations. It’s no wonder everyone left thoroughly pleased and eager to have her join us for future retreats. We had the absolute pleasure of having Chef April come to our Airbnb in Charleston to cater my sister’s bachelorette party, and she completely exceeded our expectations! She set up an incredible taco bar that was not only delicious but beautifully presented. April was professional, attentive, and so friendly—she made everyone feel at ease and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and well-fed. Every taco was full of flavor and made with care. I honestly wish I lived closer so I could hire her for every event! If you’re considering booking with Chef April, do it—you won’t be disappointed.

If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience, look no further than Chef April! She came to our house for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and made a meal that we are STILL talking about in the group chat. From the moment she started cooking, the entire house smelled absolutely amazing—we knew we were in for something special. She started us off with the most stunning charcuterie board we’ve ever seen. It was a true masterpiece—piled high with an incredible selection of meats, cheeses, and crackers. We had to snap a photo before we devoured it! And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, she brought out fried mac and cheese bites with vodka sauce. Absolute heaven. It was the perfect start to a meal we won’t soon forget. And wow, did she deliver on the rest of the night! The short ribs were melt-in-your-mouth perfection, paired with creamy mashed potatoes, and roasted veggies that were comfort food at its finest. But let’s talk about the cornbread. That cornbread still lives rent-free in all of our heads. It was that good. And just when we thought we were full, she brought out the cookie skillet dessert with ice cream, and we all just about lost it. Not only was the food incredible, but April herself made the night even more fun. She was warm, engaging, and such a joy to have in the kitchen with us. We loved every minute of the experience, and I cannot recommend her enough. If you have the chance to book her, do it—you will not regret it!

My experience with April Nicole was absolutely top-notch from beginning to end. She was very flexible, insightful, and cooperative throughout the planning process of our Christmas party. The presentation of the food was beautifully done and all of her dishes were delicious!! Our guests couldn’t only stop talking about how wonderfully festive each dish looked and how delectable it all tasted. Her food was seasoned to perfection!! I highly recommend April Nicole without reservation and look forward to working with her again in the future.
