Brittany is so wonderful to work with! In three hours we had my laundry room, pantry and linen closet totally unrecognizable from the mess that they were before. What we did in a few hours would have taken me days. I can’t wait to work with her on the rest of my house and on our upcoming move!

She took my home office from being a place where I moved all of my office supplies into, and just dumped them, to a beautiful work space! I get so many compliments on my Zoom "background." Brittany was awesome! She worked a miracle on my pantry! My closet is next and I can’t wait. She was on time and asked for my input on where I wanted things to be throughout the process. I can now shut the door and have a place for everything.

If I could choose all 5 adjectives above, they would perfectly describe Brittany's organizing services. After becoming empty nesters, my husband and I were ready to downsize and declutter. Thirty years of stuff, was overwhelming for myself to navigate. With Brittany's help, she made it manageable to purge items that we no longer used or needed, without being pushy. With the closets cleaned out, we have a fresh start of living a simpler life. I highly recommend Zenia Organizers!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing includes all donations, trash, and recycling removal at the end of the session as well as product recommendations. Ask about buying a block of hours to receive a package discount 😀

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I want to understand how the space is currently being used, what is going well in the space, and what isn't working for the client. Then I start puzzling with how to solve those issues and create a system that better works with their lifestyle and habits. In the process, we'll work together to eliminate any clutter that the client no longer wants or needs and return only what they need to the space.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a background in psychology and customer service. I'm a people person and operate from a place of understanding my client above all else. My organizing skills are just a bonus on top.
